Pumpkin cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting I made for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I modified the icing by adding 3/4 tsps of cinnamon extract and used a tbps of pumpkin pie spice in place of the clovers, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in the cake recipe.
